Log Cabin Maple syrup (gluten-free and delicious) Aunt Jemima is supposed to also be gluten-free but keep in mind they say they cannot guarantee there is no risk of cross-contamination.
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (Original is gluten free and I believe all the other flavors are as well)
Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce
French's Mustard
Miracle Whip Dressing
Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce, Kraft Barbecue Sauce (not sure if all flavors are gluten free)

Next here are some commercially sold sauces that are gluten free:

Ragu (I believe all of their sauces are gluten free)
Classico Tomato Sauce (one of my favorites)
Newman's Own Tomato Sauce
Hunts (keep in mind NOT ALL of the sauces are gluten-free)
Prego Pasta Sauce (most flavors are gluten-free)
Dellmonte Tomato Sauces

Now here are some gluten-free commercially sold beverages:

I think I will finish this post with a list of commercially available gluten-free snacks and soups:

Fruit by the foot, Gushers, Scooby Snacks, Fruit Rollups, Welch's Fruit Snacks
Mission Tortilla Chips
Chifles Plantain Chips

Sargento String cheese (almost every brand of string cheese will be gluten-free)

Well that's all for this post. I hope this list was informative and helpful for a fellow Celiac Sufferer.

And remember being diagnosed with Celiac disease is not the end of the world.

Its only the beginning of a new chapter.

Some of the Best Gluten Free Sweets

Here is a list of some delicious gluten-free products that I have come across in my gluten-free journey. Just because you have Celiac doesn't mean you cannot still indulge your sweet tooth :)

Glutino:

Now for those who want a ready-made sweet snack to enjoy there is the Glutino chocolate covered pretzels.
There is also a delicious array of gluten-free cookies and wafers. My personal favorite is the chocolate wafers but all of their sweets are sinfully delicious and sure to please any Celiac sufferer with a sweet tooth.

Here is a list of some of the ready-made sweets Glutino has to offer:

Glutino Chocolate-covered Pretzels
Glutino Chocolate Chip Cookies
Glutino Vanilla Creme Cookies
Glutino Chocolate Vanilla Creme Cookies (for those of you who miss being able to eat Oreos)

Glutino Chocolate Wafers
Glutino Vanilla Wafers
Glutino Lemon Wafers (they are tart but still deliciously sweet)

Glutino Chocolate Peanut butter Organic Bars (they taste just like Quaker Chewy bars maybe even better!)

Glutino Glazed Original Donuts (That's right they have donuts! And they are heavenly!)
Glutino Chocolate Glazed Donuts

(Keep in mind the donuts must be refrigerated as they will last longer that way.)

Now for those of you who like to bake and don't mind having to do a little work to have the tasty gluten-free sweets you desire. Glutino has gluten-free baking mixes tcalled Gluten-Free Pantry that were created by a professional chef who's son was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

Here is a list of some of the mixes Gluten-Free Pantry offers:

GFP Chocolate Truffle Brownie Mix
GFP Old Fashioned Cake & Cookie Mix (first gluten-free cake mix I ever tried)
GFP Muffin & Scone Mix
GFP Chocolate Chip Cookie & Cake Mix
GFP Decadent Chocolate Cake Mix

Now for those who cannot afford organic gluten-free cake and cookie mixes. Do not despair Betty Crocker has released a line of GF baking mixes that are delicious and easy to make as well. And are also the same price as standard Betty Crocker mixes.

Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix
Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (I advise using butter instead of vegetable spread or margarine as the cookies can sometimes come out rather gritty otherwise)

(Also keep in mind that the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookies expand a lot so leave plenty of space between scoops and though the box said not to you should grease the pan anyway. Because the cookies will stick to the pan!

Well that's all for now. I will be adding more gluten-free brands I have come to know and love. More sweets for all of you Celiac sufferers who have a major sweet tooth.

Until then remember living gluten-free is a journey of learning and changing and ebing diagnosed with Celiac is not the end of the world.

Just the beginning of a new chapter.
